Persey Travel: Client & Management Portal

A client and management portal for Persey Travel, built around a change in how the company prices its trips: instead of bundling services into a fixed package price, clients assemble their own package from individual services — which works out cheaper for frequent travellers.

The portal gives managers and clients a shared space to build packages, track orders and see statuses — turning a pricing model that used to live in a manager's head into an interface both sides can read.

A focused interface system, built for clarity and everyday use.

The project began with a practical problem: complex information had to become easier to read, compare and act on.

The system needed to hold a lot without feeling crowded — order histories, client profiles, payment statuses and analytics all living in one place. I structured the interface around a fixed sidebar, card-based summaries, and tables that stay legible even when dense with data.

On mobile, the same logic carries through in a simplified form: managers can check order status, client balances and recent activity without losing the structure they're used to on desktop.

The visual system follows Persey Travel's brand — a blue-and-white palette with colour reserved for status indicators, alerts and key actions, so the interface stays calm even when the data isn't.

Status

The portal is currently in development. The design system — desktop and mobile — is complete and handed over for build; this page will be updated once the platform is live.
