Design approach
Clients need an overview of their package, current orders and payment information. Managers need to monitor activity across clients and services.
The interface uses a consistent sidebar, summary cards and detailed tables to organise these different levels of information. Mobile layouts carry the same navigation and content hierarchy into a narrower format.
I designed the portal from scratch, defining the information architecture, user flows and visual interface for both clients and travel managers. My work covered desktop and mobile layouts.
